Charlie Magdaleno is gearing up for a brand new year filled with new material, lots of new shows, and much more! Come see him in his first performance of the new year at DiPiazza's in Long Beach, CA on Jan. 8th! He'll be performing music from "Woodland Lane" as well as never before heard material!

The CD Release Show for Charlie Magdaleno's "Woodland Lane" was a great success. Everyone had a great time, and tons of people came out to support. "I feel really blessed and very honored to have those people that came to the show and supported the guys and myself. I think it was very important to them (Doug, Anthony, and Carlos) and I know it meant a lot to me. It really put a smile on my face, I'm very lucky," Charlie said about the event.

In further news, Charlie Magdaleno has release the CD on his SNOCAP/MYSPACE store at www.myspace.com/charliemagdaleno days ahead of the album's official release on October 11th, 2007. "To be honest, I really just couldn't wait to get the cd out there to people, and I hope they enjoy and can take something from the music on the album. The efforts of a lot of people really helped make the whole thing possible, and so I just think it would be really great for all of their hardwork to be appreciated and enjoyed." Although the album is only currently available through Charlie Magdaleno personally and through the MySpace site, in the coming weeks "Woodland Lane" will become available online from such online retaliers/distributors such as CDBaby.com, Napster.com, Rhapsody.com, and iTunes.com. The CD release show for Charlie Magdaleno's debut album "Woodland Lane" will be on October 6th, 2007 at Dipiazza's in Long Beach, CA! The show will include a guest performance by CLS as well as Charlie's first performance with his new live band! Also, "Woodland Lane" will be available for purchase days before its official release on October 11th, 2007. On top of that, there will be a 50/50 raffle in which for every cd sold, Charlie will donate one dollar into a "jackpot", and each customer shall receive one (1) raffle ticket per album bought. At the end of the night, a winning ticket will be picked and the winner will receive half of the pot and the other half shall go to the Musician's Foundation as an additional contribution! Charlie Magdaleno's debut album "Woodland Lane" is set for release on October 11th, 2007! The 12-track cd will feature infectious pop-rock tunes such as "Ignite Me" and "Everything Is Gonna Be Alright", hard-rock infused tracks like "Wash Away" and "Daylight", as well as many other tracks that showcase many of Charlie's musical talents and abilities. In addition, for the first year, 10% of every record sold shall go to the Musician's Foundation, an organization founded by the Musician's Institute in Hollywood, CA which provides financial support for students who wish to pursue a career in music by furthering their education at MI, but cannot afford to do so! So make sure to get your copy ASAP- you'll get to hear some great music and help out a great cause!
